The NT Series of silicone septa serves many applications - from environmental bottle liners to HPLC and GC vial septa. The NT is known primarily for its low bleed characteristics and comes pigment free. Independent testing has shown a 60% improvement in general bleed over standard septa.
NT septa can be supplied loose, press fit into closures, or bonded using an adhesive-free bonding process. Only the highest quality silicone elastomers are used to ensure proper re-sealability and to minimize coring. Various film types such as PTFE and FEP may be used to maximize chemical resistance.
